Dalyan by Boat – from Marmaris – Itinerary 9.30 to 10.30am: Sail to Aquarium Bay. 10.30 to 11.05am: Swimming break at Aquarium Bay andamp; on to Phosphorous Caves. 11.10 to 12.30pm: Sail to Turtle Beach and lunch. 12.30 to 1.30pm: Swimming break at Turtle beach. 1.30 to 4.05pm: Sail on smaller boat to mud baths. 4.05 to 4.15pm: Sail to Caunos and see ruins. 4.15 to 5.05pm: Sail back to main boat. 5.05 to 7.30pm: Sail back to harbour for hotel transfers. Dalyan by Boat – from Marmaris – Full Details Having been collected from your Marmaris or Icmeler hotel you’ll board the boat at the port for a leisurely scenic sail along the coastline to Aquarium Bay. Take time to enjoy a refreshing dip in the Aegean Sea at this lovely spot before continuing along the coastline to Turtle Beach. You’ll have time to relax and swim in this natural conservation area which is famous for the Loggerhead Turtles who swim ashore each June to lay their eggs. Indulge in a delicious lunch (included) before boarding a smaller riverboat for a cruise up the Dalyan Delta to its famous mud baths and thermal pools. Have fun smothering yourself with the lovely sticky oozy mud said to aid skin complaints and rheumatism before washing it all off again in the warm thermal waters. Feeling refreshed it’s back on the boat to the ancient city of Caunos where you’ll see the ruins and amphitheatre and learn about the age old King Tombs which date from the 4th to 2nd century BC. Finally relax and enjoy the cruise back to Marmaris for transfer back to your hotel.
